Fortunately for those of you using Facebook, some statistics have been released that show the most sharing of articles on Facebook takes place at 9 am EST.

This information is from Dan Zarella, the Social Media Scientist. In the past Zarella has found that retweeting peaks a few hours later in the day.

Due to these facts, it may be worth publishing an article, sharing it on Facebook at 9 am EST and then tweeting about it later in the day. Many publishers do this anyways, but paying attention to the actual times you utilize can mean more of an audience for your content.
